The grapes are foot pressed and vinified in stone warehouses and then stored for up to three years in old large oak and mahogany barrels. The wine is then bottled and aged for another two years.
Strong, medium garnet red. The bouquet belongs to a wine that still has reserves, it opens up and shows pure, elegant blackberry and cassis aromas. The body is finely structured, subtle fruit and cocoa notes let the wine flow smoothly. Very elegant in style with a long finish and storage potential.
