Pacheca Moscatel do Douro is made from a careful selection of the best Moscatel do Douro grapes from a small portion of Quinta da Pacheca. These are slowly fermented at a low temperature (16-18°C) until fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy. It ages in old brown barrels in the style of an old brown port wine.
TASTING NOTE
It presents a very elegant aroma with notes of caramelized pear. In the mouth it is a gluttonous wine, very fat, with fresh citrus notes and a persistent finish.
