1 CONTRACT COMPLETION
When placing an order, a purchase contract is signed between the customer and Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection. Orders are placed through the website www.gourmetportugal.ch after the customer has registered and accepted these general terms and conditions (TCG). Orders are confirmed to the customer by email. A contract between the customer and Gourmet Portugal The Fine Selection is only concluded with this order confirmation. Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection reserves the right to refuse orders or confirmation.
The request is only possible for people over 18 years old. Delivery takes place exclusively in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. Requests from minors are only possible with the consent of the legal guardian or representative.
2 PRICES
The prices published on www.gourmetportugal.ch are applicable.
Our prices are calculated using Swiss francs (CHF) and include legal value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in these prices.
3 SHIPPING
3.1. DELIVERY COSTS
Orders with a shopping cart value above CHF 99.00 will be shipped free of charge.

3.2. DELIVERY
Delivery of ordered items takes place exclusively in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection assumes responsibility for transportation and undertakes to exchange defective items. Upon receipt of the shipment, responsibility for the delivered items is transferred to the recipient.
3.3. DELIVERY TIME
Despite large quantities of orders and difficult conditions, Swiss Post is able to process and deliver orders day after day thanks to the extraordinary commitment of its employees. The cooperation between Swiss Post’s processing centers and major customers has proved its worth. Order processing and delivery has been running at a stable level. However, Swiss Post continues to work on a “best effort” basis. In individual cases, delivery times may not be met.
All orders we receive on working days * until 4 pm will be delivered within 5 working days. Swiss Post has a successful delivery rate of more than 99%. Subject to availability (availability: in stock) – Reserved business interruptions – and on days when Swiss Post delivers orders (on working days *).
The reasons for delays in delivery may be beyond the control of www.gourmetportugal.ch.
* Business days = Monday to Friday, except holidays.
3.4. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Delivery is free for orders of CHF 99.00 or more. If you want to collect your orders, no delivery or collection fee.
All other shipping costs are listed below:
4 EXCHANGES, RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, products that are already open cannot be exchanged or returned. All products leave Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection in perfect condition. If defects are found, they must be reported to the customer service (via email gs.gourmetportugal@gmail.com) within 2 days of receiving the products. Otherwise, the products are considered to have been received or received in perfect condition, and the return costs are not borne by The Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection.
You also have the option to return the merchandise to the store. If your return is positive, the purchase amount will be credited to your credit card or returned on the invoice. Cash payment is not possible.
5 PAYMENT / CREDIT
The payment methods offered by www.gourmetportugal.ch are available to the customer for payment. Www.gourmetportugal.ch reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without stating reasons.
6 SECURITY AND USE OF DATA
All data between you and the Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection server is encrypted. Due to the SSL certificate, unauthorized persons do not have access to the data exchanged. Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies” to evaluate the use of the website and to compile analyzes of the website’s activities so that we can continuously improve purchases experience for you.
By registering at www.gourmetportugal.ch a customer profile can be created. The customer data collected can be used for marketing and advertising purposes, as well as to compile statistics (for example: market research).
7 TITLE RESERVE
The delivered items remain the property of The Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection until full payment.
8 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection reserves the right to unilateral changes to these terms and conditions by Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection.
9 SEPARABILITY CLAUSES
If the individual provisions of these terms and conditions are totally or partially ineffective, the validity of the other provisions remains unchanged. In place of ineffective provisions, the respective legal provisions apply.
10 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contractual provisions between you and Gourmet Portugal the Fine Selection are subject to
Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
