Ready to drink, although it can conditions to improve and gain complexity in the next 15 years. The aroma shows the exuberance of ripe fruit and notes of fresh hay, wet earth, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it surprises by its vigour, velvety texture and aromatic richness, in an attractive and modern set. To be serve at 15ºC and decanting is recommended.
Vinification: the technology is minimalist using granite mills with mechanical treading. After malolactic, it is was transferred to oak barrels and aged for about six months.
