OliveEmotion is an extra virgin olive oil from Alentejo with an acidity lower than 0.2%. Composed mainly of the varieties Cobrançosa, Cordovil de Serpa and Galega, made with olives from small producers that are carefully selected to continue the productive culture of the region. The result is a superior quality olive oil, medium fruity, suitable for tasting, seasoning and finishing dishes, and can also be used in all types of cuisine, combining tradition with a modern concept. Tasting notes: Medium fruity green olives, fresh and balanced. With marked notes of green grass and leaf, apple and green banana. Slightly bitter and spicy, very persistent on the palate with a harmonious finish of dried fruits.
